I have a client who do high heating sol gel coating meet a problem.White ceramic coating on the tensile aluminum frying pan, when use machine to punch, the back of the rivet hole and in the middle of two rivet hole cracked and fell off.

He need to make the coating non-yellowing (stain) at a reasonable temperature 280-350 degrees , punching hole and riveting without cracking off.
Methyl-trimethoxysilane has been used in the coating,according to the only picture from my client,we can solve from the adhesion.
We can add the additional silane dimethyl-dimethoxy- silane which can improve the resin toughness. Methyl- trimethoxysilane mixed directly with dimethyl-dimethoxy-silane, amount ratio can be determined empirically, such as by 4 to 1 .
